Dear Riot,
I have been playing for quite some time now and I've noticed something...WHY do you keep making skins for champions that already have a TON of skins? Case-in-point 
, she already has a ton of skins and you guess what, made another one for her. Can you please spread out your skins more? Maybe a skin for some of the new champions you keep pushing out.

Ton of skins? Orianna has currently 5 skins,with one tpa skin,so before she got the new skin she had only 3 skins in the store(dunno if some of them fell into the legacy vault though). That is hardly a ton compared to champs like ryze,annie or jax
Overall it looks like they started to simply develop a skin for every champ(except for maybe yorick,because alas poor yorick),its just that some skins take longer to develop than others.
Ton of skins? LOL. Orianna has 5 skins, 2 of which are Legacy, so you won't see those in the store all the time. Plus they have made plenty of skins for their newer champions such as 
, 
&
got some, 
(has one coming up) and so on. So they are spreading them out pretty well.
