I feel like it would be more like Katarina if her visor had some sort of crack in it. It would be just like her scar in the lore and look great at the same time. It just makes more sense to me than a perfectly clear visor.
Scientific N1: "Hey dude, lets make a cyborg version of this girl who was a perfect assasin for our Project" Scientific N2: "Sure man, that sounds good"

Scientific N1: "... Umm... you know what N2? This cyborg needs something more..." Scientific N2: "What? She is a perfect upgrated version of Katarina... what else we could add? A laser machinegun? a rocket? a Jetpack? what?" Scientific N1: "A Scar on her face... and a crack on her visor of course..." Scientific N2: "Damage our perfect creation? but why? It makes no sense!" Scientific N1: "It would be look cool!" Scientific N2: "God damnit... for idiots like this Viktor wants to rule the world..."
