So I don't want to insult the players who got these skins the old fashioned way through referrals, so I suggest they get a special border or banner, maybe even a special emote or taunt in the game that only they get to experience, something to notify everyone else of their accomplishment.

Having said that, I think these skins should make a comeback for the public to once again nab. Now that both champs have had a (pretty huge) rework it's like these skins are brand new again. There's such a massive demand for these skins but literally no supply. They went through all the trouble to make these champs (and ergo, their skins) look stunning. Its a shame that only a tiny fraction of the people who appreciate the limited skin reworks will actually get to enjoy them.
