Are the Champion judgements still canon

While elements relating to the history of the characters is up for debate, the main thing is that the judgements themselves likely never happened. Elements they touch on for the champions themselves? We'll have to see.

It's safe to assume that none of the League Judgments should be considered "canon" until we get some sort of confirmation from Narrative. Xerath's rewrite, for instance, has little or nothing to do with the new storyline.

I want them to be canon, but... I know they cannot be. The Judgments, themselves, are events orchestrated by the Institute of War. With the IoW ripped out of canon, Judgments are taken with them. Everyone with a Judgment is doomed to an inevitable rewrite. There's no telling how much of each character those rewrites will preserve, if anything.

Possibly on a case-by-case basis, I.E. in Sona's case it'd be canon, in Brand's case it wouldn't be.

I think they said that what is revealed about the characters personality still is. Ex: Riven may not be joining the league, but what is revealed about her in her flashback is still true.

Varus' judgement was pretty damn good, it gives a good insight about whatever is that is corrupting him, and i don't see how it shouldn't be canon, all Riot has to do is remove the presence the summoners have in it and rewrite it as a memory.

yeah generally it looks like they are considering the things that happen during the judgements and most of the characterisation is probably kept(or at least they try to keep it),it depends on if they decide that the character needs a rewrite in general or not.

Take Xerath for example,they took his character into a different way,because they rewrote his character in general,but they obviously tried to keep the characterisation from the judgement,since in his new lore(the one on the forums),he also has this moment where he'd actually like to stop the ritual,but where it is already too late.
