He has quite a lot of skins already including his best one: Little Devil Teemo.
But that's just my opinion.

^ These aren't enough for him? He's got PLENTY of great skins at this point. He's pretty much in the same boat as EZ, Ahri and MF. They've got a bunch of skins in big skin lines, give some other champs a turn to get in those high quality skin lines.
