Galio has a Mana Potion

Has anyone noticed that in Debonair Galio's splash art he is drinking a Mana Potion? I view it as he is so rich that he can afford and drink something that isn't being made anymore. Pretty cool if you ask me. But they will probably change it in his upcoming rework.

When this skin was made, mana potion were still available

I'm pretty sure that if this mana potion is here, it's cuz galio is mana hungry af

The skin was actually made when mana potions were already unavailable (if I recall), so I doubt it will be removed.
