Some things friends and I have noticed on the map.

I don't have pictures, but you should just be able to see it. On summoner's rift, on the wall left to the Krugs, on BLUE side, there's a krug in the wall. On RED side's wolves, the wall across from them has something resembling Gromp. Behind Dragon, there's a dragon-like thing on the wall as well. Upon some minor changes in some areas as well. I haven't found anything on the boards or anywhere else about it d: (on the boards its just whining about balance, which I have to admit is a little wonky and should be worked on, but whatever.) Just as an fyi, I have no idea where I'd put this post, so I'm putting it in "Story, Art, & Sound" because I think that the map would fall under "Art."
