Is the new Cait emote her future updated look?

The icon does resemble the current Caitlyn but has a few new things worth noting. Her hat is much shorter and has a new style, as well as a high collar meaning she will be dressed more modestly than she is now.

This does make one wonder when we will be seeing her VU. So far it looks like it won't be a complete overhaul, rather a nice modernization of the character we know and love, something like the new Warwick update.
