Viktor needs a new skin

It has been over a year and Viktor hasn't had a new skin. Please stop giving Ahri all these new skins when champions like Viktor need some love. ;-; makes me cry.

But most importantly, I'd want him to get a fun and "good guy" skin. All of his current ones are either serious or grim. Some variety can't hurt.

I actually have been rooting as Viktor as the next possible ultimate skin winner. He's so easy to work with. I'm imagining a neon 90's warrior kinda thing, either that, or a Saturday cartoon villain esc theme. Dude only has 3 skins, and one of them's legacy. He needs it.

You do realize that Evelynn got her last skin in 2014 and none of them actually look good or have particle effects at least Viktor has one good looking one...

Viktor should be getting the new Victorious skin. So unless you aren't gold, be prepared for a new vik skin
