Inhibitor lore
Hello.
I was wondering why there isn't any lore on the inhibitor. It's a major thing completely left out of the lore, which is by no means acceptable.
Thanks, Din Mor Er 1eren

Nor do the minions, towers, dragon, summoning platform, runes, masteries, items, minimap...
Since the retcon, the lore no longer explains or takes anything from the game. It's one-way now, where the game just takes the characters from the lore and puts them in an arbitrary battle.
When or if Summoners Rift gets its own place in the world then the structures inside it should have a story behind them as well. The two sides on the map could have used it to control the constant flow of minions that they used to battle each other.
I think this is a very good idea, because at this point, the inhibitor fell kind of dead to me, i mean, sure it's an important objektive, but i only think about getting better minions, when i kill it, nothing else. I dont fell like there's nothing more to it like it should be.
Some of them can easily be explained (some are theories): Minions are magical constructs used by summoners for battle. Most of them not sentient. Other types are made by necromancy and by controlling live creatures.
Towers are structures that use powerful crystals and rune writings to specifically inflict damage upon the enemy army.
Runes are special symbols/writing that are used to contain, control and change magical energy. It has many uses, but the most common one is for use in battle.
Items (well those within the game) are key artifacts in Runeterras history.
Masteries (purely gameplay wise for now, but this is a theory) are three different main schools of magic commonly thought in many magical academies in Valoran. The are Offensive magics, defensive magics, and utility magics.
Dragon (the one in the game) is a giant flying lizard that shoots fire from his mouth, the dragon has found the ruins of the Summoners Rift battlefield to be quite welcoming and has made a nest for itself.
minimap (purely gameplay wise just to be clear) is just a map of the gameplay version of summoners rift battlefield.
Summoning platform, is a magical structure that primarily used to teleport individuals into the battlefield (see Steven Universes Warp pads as an example) .
Here's the thing: In the current state of lore, League is essentially like Super Smash Bro if the Zelda/Mario/DK/etc games didn't exist.
I think this is a very important step in the right direction for League of Legends. I believe this change could help improve the gameplay by a lot.
There's no lore for inhibs, at least not anymore.
League of Legends in fact, doesn't have lore anymore.
Riot just haven't finished removing it yet.
(to clarify, LoL doesn't have lore. The Characters used as Champions in the game do.
They're just so unrelated as to be irrelevant to each other)
