Improvement & guidance. :P

I am a top Lane main who has being playing LOL since season 3. So yes you could say i love this game with a passion, but there is just one problem. with all of these years of experience i have barely climbed the ladder, im currently sitting at Silver V 100lp. Despite this i choose to believe that there is room for improvement and anyone willing to help i would be extremely appreciative. My current main is Sion, but i can be flexible when coming to choose a champion. All i want is a simple way to improve as i play on. I do not think to highly of myself, i think my the best rank i could possibly achieve is silver 1 atm but over time i definitely hope to improve!
