I remember a rioter saying Aurelion Sol did not made all of the stars. He forges stars, creates them, has unimaginable powers but he still did not create all stars.
I think it is because stars have self-creation that doesn't require Aurelion Sol. Like a real star in our universe. Extremely huge amount of matter collapses and creates star.
It was unlikely for Aurelion Sol to create all stars anyway. Universe is so huge even giving only 1 second for each star would overpass his life-time. And I really really don't think a star is able to be created in 1 second.
