Status of Piltover? (Someone from Riot please respond)

I was wondering, due to the carnage that Jinx has caused within Piltover, I was wondering what the status of it has been. The only reason I ask this is because the skins that were released (Voli & Trundle ones, even Eve and Twitch ones) seem to taKe place in piltover due to their connection with Vi & Caitlyn. If stuff such as Skins almost being stolen, a building blown up(eve & Twitch splash) and Jinx generally causing a Ruckus, what is happening currently to the city of Piltover? are Vi and Cait doing anything, is the city itself still in ruins? Is the place in a state of discord that hasn't quite recovered yet? Will it ever recover to the state it once was? Possibly doing something involving Piltover in a state of Disharmony would be good, even if just a short story or update to the splash arts, consider Jayce's splash might depict an incorrect version of the exploded, bullet-riddled Piltover that we know today? If someone from Riot could respond so that I could get a general feel of the once great city.

The other reason I ask is because when I think of Piltover, I think of a city that is founded on revolution and progress, but now I can't be sure to think of it like that or as a city of great despair with crime-infested streets. Thanks ahead in advance!
