These skins are both priced at 1820 rp. However, they are basically 520 level. Twisted Fate's skin is literally just a remodel, and that's it. Red Baron Corki is a model change with some new sounds for his propeller. I think that these skins should be updated as they are definitely not worth that price. I'm surprised it hasn't been memed about yet. Is an update for these skins even anything Riot is thinking about?
I think I remember them once saying that anytime The Magnificent Twisted Fate is available for purchase, it will also go on sale during that time. That's effectively like lowering the price of the skin.
And The Magnificent Twisted Fate is still one of the best skins in the game. It's Twisted Fate in a top hat and a fancy cape. What more do you need?
Probably won't be touched until they get updates one day.

Those skins are legacy for a reason.
They wont change the prices of Legendary skins.
