******Riot this is your chance!!!!

Dear (shit I can’t write summoners any more) people You must have noticed that riot reworked much old lore and brought many champs 2 new factions ( like trundle 2 Feljord and Skaner 2 Shurima ) so now that every champs is in a fraction why don’t you do a fraction system ? I know I am definitely not the first one with this idea and by far not the best one but in the last period of time I didn’t notice any threads on the boards. Bandle Noxus The Void Demacia Ionia Shadow Islands Voodoo Lands Piltover Zaun Mount Targon Bilgerwater Freljord (If I forgot on sorry) Every 2 months you get assigned to one of these factions and for now on if you win for example if you are of Bandle City the yordels get 2 points at the end of those 2 month (small season) the winners get an icon and maybe ward skins. The best and most motivating thing would be if the next champion is from the last winning faction.

What about the void?

Also while many champs get into certain factions its not like everyone will be part of a faction(for example in Aatroxs case it is rather safe to say that he doesn't belong to any faction)

The only thing I would say is make sure this is in a different queue. I would hate to play ranked and be like "Oh, crap I cant run jinx because I'm assigned to the shadow isles this period"...

Also that being said I also think you should be able to choose which faction you are in, kinda like you could with the freljord event.

I do like this idea, i have posted it sometimes too, my opinion is that there should be a game mode exclusive to Factions where once you select this gamemode you then pick a faction and a champion (similar to teambuilder) and then you are matched against X enemy faction which is picked randomly.
