How do you get the championship zed skin? Can you just buy it?

When he is released, you'll be able to purchase him for 975 RP. As a heads up, he's legacy, so we'll be available for a limited amount of time. That said, he's legacy, which means he'll made periodic returns to the store!

On the note of Championship skins, I had a question about the championship team skins. Since I am a fairly new player, seeing these skins for the first time really caught my eye. But I found out that these skins were legacy, so I asked a friend if he knew any way of getting these skins without hextech crafting. He told me that every year during worlds, the skins would be released for a short period of time for purchase. I wanted to confirm if this is the case. Thanks.
