The appearance of a Poro seems to just be a giant head with little feet. Does this mean the Poro is just a giant skull with extremely small extremity structures? or is the Poro similar to a hamster? Has Riot ever X-rayed one

I think they're sort of like hamsters in the sense that their limbs kinda get covered by their skin, making the limbs appear shorter. Their mouth's are very big though so I think yes, their true body is pretty small.
