Brand is from Shurima??
Is anyone going to talk about how Xerath possibly released Brand, and Nasus and Renekton used his sarcophagus to capture Xerath?

Brand is likely not from Shurima, but his imprisonment in Shurima was another part of his history. Considering that he was imprisoned in the Freljord until recently, I suppose this puts the Freljord's history with the Frozen Watchers as being synced with or slightly before Shurima's hey day. It might even be that things coincided in such a way that the newly released Brand was found by Lissandra during the War of the Three Sisters and plotted to use him to kill Avarosa.
Now I want to know if Iceborn and Ascended ever had conflicts. That sounds AWESOME.
