Star Guardian Icon

Hello, Riot, and all who read this!

I never got my Star Guardian Icon. I don't know what to do. I took the quiz, afterwards, it said that I had received the icon, I check on my icon list, and I did not see it anywhere. Please let me know if there is anything you guys can do or anything I can do.
