Why does this makes sense? Why would Kha hunt Rengar when Rengar retk Kha?

Kha'Zix escaped Rengar. Kha'Zix took Rengar's eye. Rengar still hunting Kha'Zix.

that the story but in the game, Rengar retk Kha.........and why would Kha run if Kha retk Rengar? Why don't he take the other eye too LOL
