Qiyana's design could STILL match her story better in my opinion

Her design is lacking and a bit generic. If she looked a bit more like her battle boss skin (but not like), as in the angle of the camera and her eyes, looking down at you, proclaiming her superiority, that'd make everything so much more intense. But instead we have a front angled view, half lidded eyes, with a nice hip thrust to show those curves, (which isn't bad inherently, but maybe not the best?)

I have a love for villainous champions, so I'm really excited they released someone who is such an asshole in ways that other champions aren't. (Example, Cercei Lannister was one of my favorite characters, Azula, not that many examples but you know what I mean I hope ect... a well written villain is my favorite kind)

But these characters are looking down from platforms at a crowd of people, with their eyes tilted down and their boots right next to the camera, cowering servants, terrified of punishment. Stepping on someone's face, holding a goblet of wine, sitting on a plush pillow.... anything more pampered and disgustingly aloof than an explosion (and hip thrust), because in the end of the story, correct me if I'm wrong, her sister says "You should have been ruler," - assuming Qiyana did get her desired prize in the end.
