They all have wings, and all of their lore connects them to an ancient race. Aatrox's being Darkin. If not, when are more Darkin going to be released. Riot said their were five. Who are the other Darkin?

They could be. Right now in the old lore nothing is suggesting that they are except the fact that both of them were inspired by angelic and demonic figures from religion.

I always thought Aatrox should be the sword and the person holding it is just a host.
Aatrox the Darkin Blade. I think it would actually be really cool for lore. A cool sword that gives the wielder it's power and skill. It could also change the wielder's physical appearance to what the sword would look like as an actual person rather than a weapon.
No. Kayle I'd an Angel of Justice, Morgana a Fallen Angel. Neither are darkin and honestly they don't fit with AatroX...not at all...

Nah. They're elites from a race that had massive wars. 5 darkin does not a war make.
Dialogue between Aatrox and Varus confirms that Varus is indeed a Darkin. They seem to have a naming convention. Rhaast inhabiting Kayn makes for 3 Darkin in current circulation to go along with 3 Aspects of Targon, Then we have otherworldly beings in Kayle and Morgana, and a World Eater in Aurelion Sol. I think if Morgana was to be a Darkin, Kayle would be an Aspect, but I don't know if we've anyone to answer for Aurelion Sol.

Kayle and Morgana will need some form of retcon,so it isn't about what they are,but what they are going to be.
However I really doubt that they are going to be darkins,I mean Kayles and Morganas story is about the fight of their people,but if only 5 are left,then a fight would be pointless.
