Kindred Ult and Ekko W
I know the odds of a Shadowflame Kindred vs. Sandstorm Ekko match are slim, but I dont think that's an excuse for unintelligibility.

This is where Sound Design comes into play. It is true that riots clarity needs to be a bit better on the visual side, but it's the audio side that plays a big factor between these.
