Character voice lines in champion select.

I don't know if I should post in this category, so please redirect me if I need to be redirected.

I've noticed Riot brought back the character voice lines in champ select, which I for one am a huge fan of! I know it's a small detail, but it's the neatest thing to me to hear each champion give their voice line after being picked in champ select. It just hypes me up for some reason. I noticed they did it at the very beginning of the new dynamic queue style champ select, but quickly took away the character select voices on every champion. Instead, they made only your champion give their selection voice line, which made me sad :(

However, this time around, they only added the voice lines to the champions being banned, which is interesting... If you ask me, I'd love for the voices to be brought back on the champions that are actually being picked, and not banned, with an option to turn the voice lines off for those who don't like it.

Again, I know it's a small detail, but I for one would like to let Riot know that I noticed it and really appreciate it. I'm wondering if I'm the only one, and if my small favour can be met(:
