Veigar sound effects 8.19

hello riot and players,

why did you remove the bass sounds? now with my 5.1 it feels like i'm listening to bad quality phone sound when meteorite lands, it isn't heavy anymore...

i do dislike the visuals too, but maybe i'm a bit too nostalgic and old school... that's not a big deal, they're still acceptable.

but the SOUND, really, you can fancy to change it a bit, but keep the heavy bass sounds (both meteorite and ultimate), seriously the ultimate now sounds like an auto-attack from a random magical girl (don't we have enough magical girls in this game already?)
