Kindred - Biography - Universe of League of Legends

I just today noticed that the page layout for stories/bios on Universe had changed. It now shows the progress bar as you scroll through the story on the left-hand side. It also shows the "cover" image and the title when you first open the page; these then disappear once you scroll down to the story itself. It may have changed within the past few days, but I've had a tab open with a story for about a week now meaning to read it. So it'd definitely pretty recent.

I also noticed that in certain bios/stories with 4 "related champions" listed at the bottom, the circles are cut off for some reason. Check the bottom of Kindred's bio for an example.

Yes, we did indeed update the story reader recently! We've got a fix for the cutoff circles coming this week.

I really appreciate the feedback on the blurred background being distracting. I agree that's a bit strong, especially on stories with a light colored background image. I will see what they think about making it more subtle.

Looks like the layout has shrunk the passages of writing, as there's a lot of empty space to the sides.

At least the passages fit the screen better on mobile.

Thanks again for the feedback. We disabled the blurry background on the comic reader for now. We might investigate bringing it back in the future, but in a way that doesn't interfere with the reading experience.

@Tesla Effect & @Larriet Totally agree it would be awesome to have easier avenues to find content related to a champion.

I don't like how you can see an extremely blurry version of the cover image behind the story at all times, it just really bugs me... And the empty space around the story is much more noticeable because of the smaller words and more compact layout
