Login Screen Art as Live Wallpaper for phones?

Is there anyway we can have this converted for phones/tablets? I'm aware that most phones will be portrait view so maybe some adjustments will be made, but for the most part, just giving us some high res live wallpaper that moves like it does on the login screen, would be pretty sweet.

A quick idea of how it would work would be to do this: -Create an App on google play -Free for regular wallpapers, one time $1-5 bucks for live wallpaper access -update with new champions as they are released -maybe work on older/skin art and make them animated?(later down the line)
