What ever happened to the "Pantheon Artblast"?

So, when a new champion or skin is released, or when a champion receives a VU/VGU, the artists posts the concept art for them on ArtStation. Some of Pantheon's skins' concepts are uploaded there, but not all of them. Spideraxe30 tweeted that they are planned to be posted after Worlds, and yet there's still no high resolution concept art of his face, his base skin, his Ruthless skin, etc... Only blurry screencaps from his rework theme video.

All I want for Christmas are the concept art for my boy. Riot, please! :c
