Was it just for limited time? Im a Varus main with nearly every Varus Skins, but when this Skin came out i didnt really played League, so... Just after i played active again i noticed he got a new damn nice looking skin, but then it wasnt available anymore... PLS Riot, i need this awesome skin so bad... ;-;
Usually those skins are for the start of the new system. If i remember they also bring them back back around the time Worlds happens, so hopefully they come back. If not you will probably have to wait till the next Conquer skin comes out next year. If not try your luck with Hextech chest as it is consider a Legacy skin!

The Conquerer skin line is for the Mid Season Invitational (MSI). They are only available during this portion of professional play.
