Small Taliyah question

Is it "Tah lee uh" or "Tuh lee uh"? My first instinct is the prior but ive heard people say the latter. Id rather correct myself now before it becomes too ingrained like how I say Veigar "Vi gar" even tho canonically its "Vay gar".

At least its not as hard to say is Illaoi tho ;)
