Wait, hold up. So you are saying the CHROMA PACKS are not a work of art and a mechanical revelation that our lord and savior (*insert name ) bestowed upon the wisdom that is Riot Games upper management division???

And here I thought Chroma Zac skins took a long time for Riot to put through concept and then implement.

Which skins? Because every new one released in the last couple months have been good, with the exception of the Academy line and maybe the 2nd Bilgewater line.

I think that Riot could make more skins than 1 skin per character in a year if they used more fan concepts. Most of playerbase will get old and die till their favorite champions get a worthy skin fitting their tastes.
