@RIOT TEAM , Halloween/Harrowing question

I read up all threads about the harrowing , much to my sadness to hear it was going to be delayed , i can understand you want to try out new things but the peak for this event was today as many would agree with me, but what many are wondering at the moment is : Will we get the legacy Halloween skins ?? there has been no answer whatsoever to this question and some posts from riot's members even seem to say that it's not going to happen... i'm just voicing out what others are screaming everywhere... what's going on ? i love this game, quite a lot...but this year has been ridiculous in terms or releases... we would all like a bit of clarification

This NEEDs to be answered by Riot. If not, expect some really disappointed players.

I'm obviously not a rioter, but Legacy skins are supposed to be released seasonly. They are not limited. When the Halloween event starts, I'm sure the Legacy Halloween skins will be avaiable for purchase again, most likely with some nice bundles just like the past years. We just had the Legacy Championship skins released along with the new CS Kalista, there's no reason why Halloween wouldn't be the same.
