Lore of Ingame Items
As time goes by i get to thinking what about the items we use ingame such as

, just how strong are these items in Runeterra as ingame they are just stat boosts.
Many Items have cool effects 
as if they were to be real they could have tremendous advantages in combat (not really suited anywhere else), but we never get to hear about them other than voice interaction from the champions, but even then the still haven't told about how strong and annoying these can be to deal with.
Would love to know if anyone thinks the same and which item is your favorite? As well which item would you want if it were real?

Demacian artifact; bears the crest of the Lightshield Dynasty.
Shuriman currency. Ancient now so it's likely lost its monetary value, unless you're an artifact seller or archaeologist.

Zephyr means a light wind or a western wind, so I'm assuming this is an Ionian wind blade, like Yasuo's sword.
A Noxian ship once existed called Lightbringer's Bane. It stands to reason it was the bane of some other vessel or person, so this kinda makes sense to me being a Demacian bow.
I know it isn't in normal SR, but come on, this would be awesome.
