I was checking out his champion info page, and I noticed he was like disintegrating. Someone pls clarify?

That was part of a teaser for the new champion, Jihn. Vi, Garen, Zed, and Sona all had their pages updated with how Jihn would imagine they looked like if he killed them. Presumably they'll be taken down on his release.
