Singed model oopsie?

I have recently noticed that the bottle Singed is carrying on his back is different in his splash art than it is in-game. Yes, I'm fully aware that sometimes the splash art has to be different than the model because of details and all, but I feel like this one is a bit too different from the one in-game. The bottle in the splash art is made out of glass, unlike the container-like bottle he has in-game, it seems to be missing a cork and the metal accents at the top of the bottle are completely different. I understand that changes to this might be pointless and dumb but IF the art team could spare some of their energy on either fixing the model or the splash art, I would be eternally greatful.
