Who is LeBlanc?

Riot said Leblenc will be changed a bit in the future but i hope they will give her a new voice with interactions and stuff or even a new story. She is so interesting. She was behind the revival of sion. She plotted using elise to send her to the haunted island to give her powers so she would join the black rose. Other champs need new voices too. Veigar, shen, morgana, kayle. Just like they did with lux. Or even give stories to the whole noxus like they did with demacia. I feel sone champions are given more credit cause they are more popular but other champions have much more potential. In lee's god skin he taunts ahri that she is not cunning enough. Leblanc should represent the cunningness in this game, Ahri manipulation and seduction, Shaco-tricks. The ideas are so mixed. Of course LeBlanc is one of the most intelligent champions so she needs an artist of the same level and personality. Ahri as well. So is Camille Elise and Wukong. She needs a story when she uses cunning schemes to deceive people for her dark purposes. Ahri gives the impression of a story when she manipulates men promising sexual services for gaining whatever she wants. These are the personalities and should not be confused.
