Why do you consider these skins unfinished and "shitty"?
It is kinda sad that they dropped updating skins in a higher quality than they actually are for their price, like they did with Giant Enemy Crabgot, but I think it is understandable. According to this, we shouldn't have high expectations for Mordekaiser's skins in the first place, since all his skins are in the 975 RP or less tier...
Why would anyone buy skins for a rework is beyond me.
