WK Garen misses something

Now that i finally have that Skin, it is great, props to the Team and all that but...

the W feels really lackluster, vfx-wise. Every single Garen Skin has glowing shoulders when you activate W, even steel legion ( tho the sphere of lightning is more than enough), and this effect is kinda important for clarity ( oh his shoulders glow, I should save my burst now), but WK has just this decent glow under him and it just feels...lackluster compared to the w vfx of all his other Skins. The sfx are great tho. I thought in the preview on PBE oh well they will probably fix it, make his shoulders glow green, maybe even with a green dragon´s head, but right now...idk... Anyone else feeling there should be a glow?
