I suddenly heard some random announcer voices in league, anyone know why this is? I think it was a male and female and they were pretty random XD

They are the MSI announcers, there are gonna be various ones across all servers while the Mid season is going on.

Appears to be the Phreak and Kobe announcer pack. Popped up a few weeks back in the PBE download; guess they finally turned it on.
