As it stands, the original owners of both these skins have recieved nothing in compensation with the recent re-release of these skins. Both these skins were incredibly rare (at least Championship Riven level). At the very least we should get some sort of legacy border... Thoughts?
Original owners did indeed receive Legacy borders.

but you had to indeed be an original owner. If you got the skins during the RAF system final update then no you don't get that border.
As an owner of this skin I second this (the warwick skin)
The system is already live in OCE and we did not recieve any compensation.

I have the same problem. I do own those skins for 3 years now or so and I don't get any boarder.
