Zoe not included in the pool party team minis?

I know i talk about Zoe a lot (bc she's my fav character) and everyone has their personal favourites. But I noticed something that nobody is talking about. Recently Riot released the pool party team mini set and Zoe is part of that skin line. But she didn't get a team mini. You may hate Zoe but you gotta admit, thats kinda weird. It would be like not releasing a Fortune star guardian mini but the rest of the star guardians are included.

I would agree with you, if Zoe would be the only Pool Party skin which isn't included in the mini team. But this is not the case.

Caitlyn Gangplank DrMundo Zac RekSai Fiora MissFortune Taric Ziggs All these champions also have Pool Party skins and didn't get a mini in this set. Zoe is just one of them. She is not the exception like you make it seem here:
