Well, I was kind of wondering with my friends, if Xayah is a bird-like champion. does she have a cloaca?

No. In the thread where you could ask questions about the new champions, Riot got asked if Xayah would reproduce by laying eggs. The answer was no, she is giving birth to children like a human.
Therefore we should assume that she has the reproductive system of a human.
