Well, I was kind of wondering with my friends, if Xayah is a bird-like champion. does she have a cloaca?

No. In the thread where you could ask questions about the new champions, Riot got asked if Xayah would reproduce by laying eggs. The answer was no, she is giving birth to children like a human.

Therefore we should assume that she has the reproductive system of a human.

Here you go. Have to admit that my memory was failing a bit there.

It doesn't get said explicit that Xayah is giving birth like a human, just that she doesn't lay eggs. But I think the assumption that she gives birth is reasonable at this point.

No no no, I'm sure she can have some cryo-coitus fun, I just don't think that's how her offspring would be born. I can see it more as an asexual process via budding or like her final final death buds off a completely new cryo-phoenix that isn't Anivia reborn.
