Swain of noxus got a rework, not just abilities. A visual rework which makes him look like a total bad ass, and jarvan the prince of Demacia still looks like a potato without skins i mean please riot i dont need a ability rework maybe just a visual rework.
He still has pizza feet. Jarvan is super unfortunate looking and really needs a VGU!
He needs a VGU. But he doesn't need it as much as a lot of other champions So I am ok with him not getting one for now.
He doesn’t need a VGU, his gameplay is fine. But oh lord his model needs a face lift.
Riot stopped doing Visual and vocal updates due to “poor reception” or something along those lines. Also costs.
He gets his visuals updated when he gets his full VGU rework.
