Commando Galio splash art smashing Battlecast who?

Hey, looking at the Commando splash art I noticed that he appears so be smashing one of the battlecast champions, but I can't decide who it is. My guess is that it's , but I'm not sure. Any thoughts or information on this? I haven't been able to find anything through my own research.

That looks a lot like Battlecast Urgot, notice his gun.
