Lux's New VO: Proposal

I'm pleased Riot is putting in the time to make updates even for something as simple as voice lines, with Lux being the first candidate. I enjoy what fun the writing staff had with these. I like a lot of things happening, item purchases and champion responses (even if I wish EzrealxLux was made canon). However, I notice a few quotes that were removed from this update, namely a few that referenced some popular anime shows. These included Dragon Ball Z, Touhou Project, and Sailor Moon. Understandably, they were unoriginal being fairly direct references, but were small initial things that helped me fall in love with the champion originally.

So I ask:

Were these removed to avoid copyright/other legal issues? and (If possible) Can Lux's anime reference quotes return on her Star Guardian skin?

The Sailor Moon quote at minimum should be added back since it is the magical girl genre. It only makes sense to add them all in, but it not, life does move on.

"Correct, same voice actress for base Lux and Elementalist Lux. That also means we could just add new lines to Lux's existing VO (old ones are still in there too, though you'll hear them less often of course)."

However, im actually surprised that they removed those references... its not a legal issue to reference a famous quote, i mean, Have you heard about Final Boss Veigar? he has tons of those.
