Sg Poppy Familiar, Where?

At least I think that's what they are called. I didn't see many videos on it, and I wasn't in the PBE at all to check out this patch, but I'm wondering the reason Poppy didn't not have one of these little creatures with her, it seemed her passive would make perfect for this design, but there were other problems as well. Was it time restraint, or something that would interfere with design? Just wondering about that. B/c these details make the skins so much better, and (Since I'm going to buy it anyways.) much more worth the price.
