Kayle and Morg
I've always thought that Kayle was the good one. but during her new voice lines it's hard for me to tell. maybe i'm just stupid. i also haven't gotten around to reading their new lore.

That's the point. Neither are purely good or evil.
The attempt was made for each to not be good or evil but complex personalities.
Though in honesty, having read the lore, Kayle comes across as an even larger charicateur of the Javert archetype, who was willing to destroy an entire city because one guy got murdered, while Morgana mostly just said “Hey, how about you don’t do that?” And the resulting conflict getting their father killed.
The end result makes Kayle seem like a lunatic and Morgana a sassy, but still largely good person.
