Viktor Needs a new skin

It has been over few years and now in early 2017 Viktor hasn't had a new skin. makes me cry. [slayer-jinx-unamused]

About the end of the year someone made a post breaking down the last times that Champions got a new skin. Viktor actually wasn't the oldest, the oldest was Yorick I think but still. I would love a new Viktor skin. Especially since he was meta for more than a season.

I also cannont find it. Frustrating. I did; however, find a Reddit post along the same lines. It is a few months old but still serves the point. Viktor is around the 9th champion to have waited the longest for a new skin. Ahead of him are, Yorick, Sion, Poppy, Urgot, Swain, Nocturne, Cassiopea, and Shen.

But Sion, Poppy, and Nocturne all got new skins this past year with Mecha Zero, Star Guardian, and Revenant respectively.

So now he's 6th... except Swain and Urgot are scheduled for a major VGU and definitely won't be getting a skin, since it would be a waste of resources. Yorick only somewhat recently got his VGU, which is why he didn't have any new ones in the past; a skin should come around shortly.

So now he's 3rd/4th, behind Cassiopeia and Shen (and maybe Yorick if you want to count him). Shen has a shitton of skins and they were all recently spectacularly remade to reflect 975 RP prices, but that's really not a strong excuse I think. Cassiopeia has literally no excuse since she wasn't scheduled for VGUs or the like.
