Placing Jhin's lore against others

Riot placed Jhin about four years older than Zed (as said in his Q&A) and describe Zed as 'young' when they captured him, but then go on to say Jhin was killing for 'many years' and put in prison for 'many years'. Where does this place Zed's, Shen's and Jhin's ages if their story is all aligned against each other? A lot of people place them in their 30's/40's but none of them seem particularly old, especially with Jhin sort of_ sounding_ the youngest when he should canonically be older than the other two. It feels a little like Jhin's storyline/lore seems a lot longer (in a vague sense) then it should be, taking into consideration Zed's lore. If Zed was young many years ago when he captured Jhin and worked under Kusho then that makes Jhin a_ teenager _ or at the very least, around his very early twenties when he was caught. But he'd been killing for years. This is because Zed was described as still young when he left Kusho, wandered a little and then came back to kill him. It just sort of is and feels weird. Zed would be like, a babby.

TLDR;_ IM A LOSER_ and want to make a timeline of the events that happened because these two and their storyline interest me, but I seem to be missing some things. Age wise, what do you think about Jhin and Zed? :O
