Personally the challenger border should be shinier than gold considering challenger is the highest achievement in the game. It just has a dull shine to it almost a glimmering bronze.

Besides this picture have only seen my silver border, and although silver borders always the shittiest, I feel they are way shittier this season. Now seeing the gold/challenger border idk what to say. I would be super pissed if I was a challenger player.
I guess on a lighter note, it helps my pain a little of just barley missing Gold at seasons end, seeing as the border is generally shitty. Although they will all always be better than silver :(
Gold is the best one in all boarders imo.
